The short version: if a course is faulty, won't download, isn't as described, or you were charged wrongly, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. We can't refund a downloaded course just because you changed your mind.
When we'll refund you
We'll give you a full refund if you email us within 14 days of your order and any of these apply:
- A file won't download or open, and we can't fix it for you with a working copy.
- A course is faulty or not as described on its course page.
- You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount.
- You bought the wrong course by mistake and haven't downloaded it yet. In that case we can also swap it for the right one.
When we can't
Because courses are instant downloads, we can't refund a course you've downloaded just because you've changed your mind. When you check out, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day right to cancel ends once your download is available. This is set out in our terms.
This never limits your legal rights if a course is faulty or not as described.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@skillshed.net from the address you paid with. Tell us the course and what's gone wrong. We reply within 2 working days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
